With the Corona restrictions in 2020, oral proceedings by video conference became the new norm at the European Patent Office. Kristina and Nataša will share their experience and expertise on the topic.
Kristina Cornish is a European Patent Attorney and an IP Litigator (patent). She holds a BSc Honours in Biotechnology of the University of London, Kings College. Kristina lectures inside and outside of the profession. She is an examiner for the European Qualifying Examinations at the European Patent Office (Opposition paper) and is a member of the UK BioIndustry Association’s Intellectual Property Advisory Committee.
Nataša Doslik holds a PhD in chemistry and is Senior Expert at the EPO, working in the sector Healthcare, Biotechnology and Chemistry.
She is part of the expert group of the pilot project for oral proceedings by videoconference before opposition divisions.
