Dr. Natalie Kirchhofer is a European and German Patent Attorney and Partner at Cohausz & Florack Patent- und Rechtsanwälte, Düsseldorf. She is an experienced litigator in opposition and nullity proceedings at the European Patent Office and the German Patent Court.
Last year, the revised Rules of Procedure of the Boards of Appeal took effect. Dr. Kirchhofer will lead us through the revision focusing on the most critical changes.
