Miriam Kiefer studied law in Freiburg, Montpellier (France) and Munich. She obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Centre for Intellectual Property Law of the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. She is also a certified specialist in intellectual property law.
Prof. Dr. Lea Tochtermann, Junior Professor of Private Law and European Patent Law at University Mannheim, Germany
"The (in)proportionality of the legal consequence according to § 9 GeschGehG and § 139 PatG-E - A settlement".Lea Tochtermann has been a Junior professor for Civil Law and European Patent Law since September 2016. She studied law in Heidelberg and Paris (Sciences Po), completed her legal clerkship in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and received a doctorate degree from the University of Mannheim.
